	INSTRUCTOR STAFF Paula Holgerson Owner Paula has 25 years of experience in Emergency and Trauma Health Care fields. She has held the positions of Trauma Coordinator and Trauma Educator within the Palm Beach County Health Care District, as well as having served on the Palm Beach County Trauma Ordinance Committee and Trauma Medical Review Committee. She holds a degree in Nursing from Youngstown State University and a degree in Health Care Administration from Florida Atlantic University. John Holgerson President/CEO Masters Degree, Adult Education, East Carolina University. Masters Degree, Business Administration, NYIT, B.A., Urban and Regional Economics, A.S, Fire Service Technology, A.S., Emergency Services. 29 Years Fire Service Experience, Task Force Leader (Ret.) for FEMA USAR Task Force 2 in Miami, FL and Deputy Fire Chief (ret) for Key Biscayne Fire Rescue Department, Key Biscayne, FL. Dr. David Rodgers Program Manager, Disaster Medical Specialist and EMS Consultant Doctorate in Education, Marshall University . Dave has over 25 years EMS experience as both a ground and air ambulance paramedic. He is currently a clinical educator in the simulation center at Philadelphia Children's Hospital. He is a contributing author for the 2005 AHA BLS Instructor Manual. Dr. Rodgers has presented programs globally including locations in Brazil, Japan, Belgium,South Africa and Hungary.
